Join NISGUA as we celebrate four decades of relationship-building, international accompaniment, and cross-border organizing! On December 7, we will gather virtually for our annual event, traditionally held at Platano Restaurant in Berkeley, CA. We’ll hear from special musical guests Raysa n' Beans and Sara Curruchich, along with several of our partners including: Simone Senogles from the Indigenous Environmental Network (IEN) and Edwin Canil from the Association for Justice and Reconciliation (AJR). Settle in for the evening with a cup tea and stories from our partners, dance along to some great music, or come early and socialize with old friends - all is welcome!

In the week leading up to the event, you'll receive details on how to join us on Zoom!

Program (times are in PST):

*5:00 pm: Brief welcome
*5:10 pm: Socialize with NISGUA community: We will set up break out rooms* so that you can spend some time socializing and sharing stories with your friends prior to the main event. Even though we can't gather together as we would like to, we hope to provide a moment to socialize prior to the start of the program.

*Optional social hour
* Break out rooms hosted by our host committee, see below

5:30 pm: Program begins!
